Hot cheese nachos from the raclette
Who hasn't experienced it: there are never the same number of people and pans at a raclette evening. At best, there are pans left over, which are usually given to the hungriest guests as an extra. Ingredients
Ingredients for 8 portions
- 250 g cheese tortillas chips
- 200 g grated Gouda or Emmental cheese
- 4 jalapeños (pickled) or red chilies in rings
- 1 spring onion
- Salsa sauce or guacamole
Preparation
- Wash the spring onion and cut into small rings.
- Then place the tortilla chips in a small pan and garnish with jalapeños/red chilies and spring onions as desired.
- Sprinkle the pans generously with grated cheese. Make sure that the pan can be pushed into the grill.
- Bake the pans for between 2 and 5 minutes, depending on the heat of the raclette. The pan is ready when the cheese has melted and browned.
- Serve the nachos with a salsa sauce or guacamole.
