Chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie bowl

Smoothies are well known. But smoothie bowls? Instead of being liquid for drinking, they are thicker for spooning. Today we're showing you a recipe with peanut butter, banana and cocoa. This taste explosion is a highlight, especially for peanut butter junkies. Our bowl is decorated with fresh blueberries and walnuts.

For the bowl
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 3 tsp peanut butter
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa nibs
For the topping
  • Blueberries
  • Banana
  • Black sesame or chia seeds
  • Cocoa chips
  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Divide the smoothie between bowls.
  3. Garnish with toppings.
