Mini pizzas and garlic bread

Ingredients
For the mini pizzas
- 4 small tortillas or pita breads
- 100g tomato sauce
- 100g grated mozzarella
- Toppings of your choice (e.g. peppers, paprika, mushrooms, olives)
- Oregano and basil
For the garlic bread
- 1 baguette
- 50 g melted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Mini pizzas
- Spread the tomato sauce on the tortillas.
- Spread the mozzarella and topping on top.
- Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- Place in the first frying basket of the hot air fryer and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
Garlic bread
- Mix the melted butter with the garlic, parsley and salt.
- Cut the baguette into slices and spread with the spice mixture.
- Place in the second frying basket of the hot air fryer and bake at 180°C for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
