Ramazzotti Strawberry Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 4 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp hot water
- 100 g strawberries
- 12 cl Ramazzotti Fragola
- 16 cl milk
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- First pour hot water, then sugar and instant coffee into the Spuma milk frother.
- Activate the milk foam program (“warm, creamy milk foam”, 50 °C) 4-5 times in succession and whip the mixture until creamy. The consistency should be very firm and form peaks similar to meringue.
- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Divide between the two glasses and mash well with a masher.
- Fill the glasses with ice and divide first the Ramazzotti Fragola, then the milk between the two glasses.
- Divide the coffee cream between the glasses and serve.
