High Protein Köfte from the grill
The barbecue season has officially started and we have created a protein-rich recipe for you and I promise you will score points at every barbecue with this explosion of flavor.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 8 portions
- 50 g soy granules
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 medium onion
- 25 ml soy sauce
- 75 g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp flour
- 25 ml beet juice
- Fresh coriander
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
Supplements
- Bread
- Soy herb quark
- Grilled vegetables
- Fresh herbs
Preparation
- Cook the soy granules in vegetable stock until soft, then drain
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough
- Shape the dough into kofta and thread onto skewers
- Place the köfte on the grill and fry on both sides until golden brown
- Enjoy with the side dishes!
