Fennel juice

- 430 g fennel
- 370 g oranges
- 35 g lemon
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Rinse the fennel and lemon well.
- Cut everything into pieces.
- Add the fennel, oranges and lemons to the juicer one by one.
- As soon as no more juice comes out, you can pour the juice into a bottle.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and shake well.
- The juice can now be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours, but it tastes best freshly made.
