Fish fillet
- 400 g fish fillet, e.g. salmon or cod
- 1 bunch spring onions 300 g mushrooms
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter Lemon juice Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
Preparation
- Chop the spring onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, place in a microwave container and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Dry the fish and place on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with lemon juice and season in the same way.
- Spread the butter over the fish in small flakes. Cover the container, place in the microwave and cook at 800 watts for 6 minutes.
