Wagyu Cheese Tortilla Chips
Tortilla chips from the bag, also known as nachos when baked or served with dips, are a popular snack. Originally, nachos were just a way of using up leftover tortillas. Today we are showing you a delicious recipe for nachos with Wagyu meat and gratinated with cheese - a real highlight at your next movie night! Have fun cooking and bon appétit!

Ingredients
Ingredients
Wagyu Cheese Tortilla Chips
- 500 g minced Wagyu beef
- 70 ml BBQ sauce
- some herbs de Provence
- 150 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of salted tortilla or nacho chips
- 50 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- chopped parsley or spring onion for decoration
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients except the tortillas and the sour cream/crème fraîche in a bowl.
- Place approx. 10-15 g of minced meat mixture on each tortilla chip.
- Grill indirectly for about 15 minutes at a cooking temperature of 180°C. It is easier if you use a tray or similar and place the Wagyu cheese tortilla chips on top.
- The core temperature of the meat should be around 75°C. (As it is 100% beef, a lower core temperature can also be selected if necessary – this ensures even more juiciness)
- After the beef tortillas have been draped on the serving platter, dab them partially with the sour cream and garnish with chopped parsley or finely chopped spring onion (green part).
The Wagyu Cheese Tortilla Chips are an ingenious finger food.
