Grilled ice cream

So today we have something for you: ice cream in a meringue coating from the barbecue. Ice cream from the barbecue? That's right! Totally delicious, easy to prepare and ready to enjoy in no time with the electric grill.

- Ice cream of your choice
- 6 – 8 egg whites
- Powdered sugar
- Tartlets or baking paper
Preparation
- Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff – if you can turn the bowl over without anything falling out, you’ve done everything right 😉
- You can now coat the ice cream scoops in meringue. Make sure that the ball is generously covered.
- Now place the ice cream balls on a tartlet or baking paper.
- Leave the ice cream to bake at 200°C indirect heat with the lid closed.
- Wait until the ice cream scoops are lightly browned. Now you can take them out and serve!
