Orange punch
During the winter season, the smell of mulled wine, winter punch and delicious spices is everywhere. This orange punch is just the thing to warm you up on cold winter evenings!

For the punch
- 1 liter orange juice
- 200 ml cream
- 1 sachet of cream stiffener
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 orange
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
- 1 clove
Preparation
- Heat the orange juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise together.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar, cream stiffener and orange zest until stiff.
- Pour the orange punch into a mug and cover with cream.
