Raclette tarte flambée

Everyone has heard of tarte flambée: a classic savory pie. There are an infinite number of combinations, but have you ever tried tarte flambée in a raclette? It would certainly make a nice change for the next raclette evening - wouldn't it?
Preparation time 45 minutes Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients
Ingredients for 12 portions
For the dough
  • 250 g flour
  • 120 ml water
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
For the topping
  • 200 g onions
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g diced ham
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • A little nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Knead the flour, oil, water and salt in a bowl for 1 minute.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film.
  3. chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into pans.
  5. Chop the onion.
  6. Add the crème fraîche, salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir briefly.
  7. Place the pastry in the pan, spread a little crème fraîche on top and sprinkle with diced ham.
  8. Now bake in the raclette for up to 10 minutes.

You can top the pans however you like, onions or salmon also taste good!
