Raclette tarte flambée
Everyone has heard of tarte flambée: a classic savory pie. There are an infinite number of combinations, but have you ever tried tarte flambée in a raclette? It would certainly make a nice change for the next raclette evening - wouldn't it?

Ingredients
Ingredients for 12 portions
For the dough
- 250 g flour
- 120 ml water
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
For the topping
- 200 g onions
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g diced ham
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- A little nutmeg
Preparation
- Knead the flour, oil, water and salt in a bowl for 1 minute.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film.
- chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into pans.
- Chop the onion.
- Add the crème fraîche, salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir briefly.
- Place the pastry in the pan, spread a little crème fraîche on top and sprinkle with diced ham.
- Now bake in the raclette for up to 10 minutes.
You can top the pans however you like, onions or salmon also taste good!
