Pomegranate Mule

But how about a refreshing cocktail for the Christmas holidays or perfect to serve on New Year's Eve? Then we have just the thing for you: Pomegranate Mule, with a hint of cinnamon for a perfect wintery touch.

Pomegranate Mule
- 4 cl vodka
- 200 ml pomegranate juice
- 100 ml apple juice
- Cinnamon
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger
- Pomegranate seeds
- Thinly sliced apple
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- pour 2 cl of vodka into a chilled glass.
- Add the ice cubes and pomegranate seeds.
- Sprinkle with a small pinch of cinnamon.
- Add the pomegranate and apple juice and stir briefly.
- Infuse with Thomas Henry’s.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and apple slices.
