Yogurt and strawberry popsicles
The new ice cream trend this year is called popsicles. A perfect refreshment for hot days that is also healthy. This is because yoghurt is particularly rich in calcium and protein and has a positive effect on digestion. The lactic acid bacteria it contains keep the intestinal flora in balance. If you even have an ice cream maker with a yogurt function or a yogurt maker at home, you could make the yogurt yourself. The combination in this recipe with the strawberries provides refreshment and supplies the body with additional liquid. Your homemade popsicles can of course also be made with other fruit. It also tastes particularly exotic with mango puree.
