Raspberry yogurt froyo
Frozen yoghurt, or FroYo for short, has become a real trend over the past summer. Yoghurt is used instead of cream, which is why FroYo has fewer calories than normal ice cream, but still tastes absolutely delicious. The raspberries also ensure a sufficient supply of vitamins - what more could you want?

Raspberry yogurt froyo
- 400 g yogurt
- 300 g raspberries
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Wash the raspberries and set aside a handful.
- Mash the remaining raspberries with a fork.
- Mix the honey, yogurt, lemon juice and raspberry puree.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Place the whole mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze until creamy according to the instructions.
- Leave to freeze completely for another hour.
