Quick microwave potatoes
What could be better on a chilly fall day than a fresh baked potato? Right, nothing! But what do you do when you're hungry and time is short? Quite simply, you put your potatoes in the microwave and in less than 10 minutes you have warm, soft potatoes, just like from the oven. Add a tasty dip, turn on a movie and off you go for a cosy evening on the sofa!

Microwave potatoes
- 6 medium-sized potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes, put them wet in a freezer bag and close it tightly with a string.
- Use a fork, knife or scissors to make several small holes in the bag.
- Cook the bag in the microwave at 750 watts for approx. 5-6 minutes. Then remove carefully. If necessary, test cook with a fork.
- Season with salt and pepper to serve.
