Tea’n’Ice
Whether lemon or peach - a glass of ice-cold iced tea is the perfect way to cool down. So that you know what's in it, here's a recipe for a fresh, homemade lemon iced tea. Is this recipe too boring for you? Then conjure up a cool tea'n'ice from a simple iced tea in just a few steps. Fresh lemon sorbet adds a special touch to your iced tea and not only cools you down, but also looks damn good.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 5 glasses
Tea’n’Ice
- 12 g black tea – tea leaves
- 1 liter of water
- Ice cubes
- 2 organic lemons
- Lemon sorbet
Preparation
- Pour the tea mixture into the tea strainer, bring to the boil with 1 liter of water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Rinse the lemons with water and cut into slices.
- Fill the finished tea in a carafe with approx. 20 ice cubes and add the lemon slices. Chill in the fridge.
- Place a scoop of lemon sorbet in a glass, pour cold lemon iced tea over it and serve with a spoon and a straw.
