Crispy bread potato chips from the hot air fryer
Turning old into new. Once again, you have leftover bread at home and nobody knows what to do with it. From now on, you do. Conjure up delicious bread potato chips in less than half an hour. Suitable as a snack for a cozy evening with friends, you not only make use of leftovers, but also surprise your friends with a healthier alternative to potato chips.

Crispy bread potato chips
- 200 g ciabatta bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp curry powder
Preparation
- Cut the ciabatta bread into slices approx. 3 mm thick.
- Mix the oil and spices well and pour into a sealable tin with the slices of bread. Shake well until all the slices of bread are covered with the oil and spice mixture.
- Bake the seasoned slices of bread in the air fryer at 200 °C for approx. 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
