Make your own latte macchiato – guaranteed success

- 160 ml milk

Preparation
- Pour the milk into a milk frother and froth at 50-55 °C. Alternatively, use a milk frothing nozzle (Pannarello) of a portafilter or fully automatic coffee machine to froth the milk. Pour the freshly frothed milk into a tall glass until it is 3/4 full. Tip: The higher the fat content of the milk, the richer and creamier the latte macchiato tastes.

- Carefully pour the espresso into the tall glass with the milk foam. The three layers of a latte macchiato are created all by themselves. Tip: If you like it stronger, use a double espresso.
