Caesar chicken burger

FOR THE BURGER
- 2 corn-fed chicken breasts
- skinless and boneless
- 8 slices of bacon
- Salt from the mill
- Ground pepper
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- 100 g cocktail vine tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
FOR THE LEMON MAYONNAISE
- Zest and juice of 2 organic lemons
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 fresh organic egg
- 175 ml vegetable oil
- 25 ml olive oil
- 1 msp. ground coriander
- Salt from the mill
EXTRAS
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- Vegetable oil for greasing

Preparation
- Cut the corn-fed chicken breasts in half crosswise and season with salt, curry and pepper. Clean the lettuce and remove the individual leaves. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
- Preheat the grill to 380 °C with the lid open.
- Cut the burger buns in half and brush with butter.
- Grease the grill rack with oil and grill the corn-fed chicken breasts on the boost zone for 3-4 minutes on each side, keeping them visible. Then grill the bun halves for 1-2 minutes until a clear pattern appears. Grill the bacon on sight until crispy.
- Spread the mayonnaise on each half. Top the bases with lettuce, tomatoes and Parmesan. Cut the meat into slices and place on top. Finish with the lid and enjoy.
