Grilled raspberry tartlets
Welcome to this delicious summer recipe! Today I'm going to show you how to easily prepare grilled raspberry tarts. These crispy, delicious tarts are a perfect end to any barbecue party or simply as a sweet dessert between meals. With a few ingredients and a little patience, these heavenly tarts are very easy to make. So, let's get started!

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 portions
FOR THE TARTLETS
- 50 g butter at room temperature
- 3 egg yolks
- 75 g white cane sugar
- Pulp of 2 vanilla pods
- Juice of 1 organic lemon
- 1 msp. ground cardamom
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 g high-fat quark
- 3 tbsp sifted flour
FOR THE BAISER
- 3 egg whites
- 50 g sugar
- 25 g vanilla sugar
TO TOP
- 1 bowl of raspberries
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- Powdered sugar
EXTRAS
- Room temperature butter for
- Brush with butter
- Breadcrumbs for sprinkling
- 4 ovenproof dishes
- approx. 10-12 cm each
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to 160 °C with the lid closed.
- For the tartlets, beat all the ingredients with a hand mixer until the sugar has dissolved.
- Brush the ramekins with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins and grill for 15-18 minutes. Then leave to cool slightly.
- For the meringue, slowly whisk the egg whites until thick and foamy, gradually adding the sugar.
- Preheat the grill to 300 °C with the lid closed. Spread the meringue onto the tartlets with the back of a spoon and top with raspberries, honey and chopped hazelnuts. Then finish grilling for 1-2 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
