Lukewarm salad with turkey and grilled fruit
If you can't decide between sweet and savory, you shouldn't miss this recipe: It's a lukewarm salad with turkey and grilled fruit. It's super quick to prepare: the meat and fruit are grilled separately on the electric grill and served with a delicious dressing. Just give it a try!

FOR SALAD
- 1 small radicchio
- 1 small chicory
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 1 turkey steak, approx. 400 g
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp curry powder
- Salt from the mill
- Ground pepper
FOR THE FRUITS
- 400 g mixed stone fruit,
- z. E.g. apricots, peaches,
- Plums, prunes
- 100 g cherries, pitted
- Juice of ½ lime
- 50 ml peach vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 25 ml olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to 420 °C with the lid open.
- Clean the lettuce, halve or quarter depending on the texture, remove the stalk and peel off the leaves.
- Season the turkey steak with salt, pepper and curry and rub with olive oil. Then grill on the BoostZone for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then close the lid, reduce the heat to 200 °C and grill for a further 6-8 minutes. Insert the core temperature probe and set the desired target temperature (optimum core temperature approx. 76-78 °C). Then leave to rest for a further 5 minutes without heat.
- Cut the fruit in half and remove the stones. Mix with oil and grill over a direct heat with the lid closed for 1-2 minutes until a grill pattern appears.
- Cut the steak into strips. Cut the fruit into wedges. Mix the salad, meat and fruit with the vinegar, syrup, oil and cherries and arrange in deep plates.
