- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp finely ground
- black pepper
- 1 pinch of clove powder

EXTRAS
- 4 brioche burger buns
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to 500 °C with the lid open.
- For the patties, pluck the parsley from the stalks and chop finely. Add the parsley, Worcester sauce, maple syrup and paprika powder to the meat and season with salt and pepper. Then, with moistened hands, shape into four patties of the same size.
- OUR TIP: Freeze the finished patties and rub with vegetable oil shortly before grilling. Briefly freezing the patties makes them firmer and more compact when you take them out and put them on the barbecue, so they keep their shape better.
- Grease the grill rack with oil and grill the patties for 1-2 minutes on each side with the lid closed. Insert the core temperature probe, reduce the heat to 160 °C and close the lid. Set the desired target temperature (optimum core temperature 54-56 °C).
- For the topping, cut the buns in half down the middle and grill the cut sides.
- Spread the BBQ sauce on the bottom halves and top with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Place the patties on top, add the cheese and top with onions. Cover with a lid and serve.
