Breaded cauliflower in the hot air fryer
Breaded and crispy cauliflower - the ideal side dish for meat and fish or a tasty snack between meals. The golden breading and aromatic spice mix are a real gourmet experience. Simply prepare and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs or panko
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika spice
Preparation
- Divide the medium-sized cauliflower into florets and wash carefully. After washing, drain or pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Prepare three bowls. Pour the flour into the first one.
- Beat the eggs in the second bowl. In the last bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan and seasoning and mix everything together.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs until they are completely coated.
- Place the breaded cauliflower florets in the air fryer with a little space between them. Then cook at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- About halfway through cooking, turn the cauliflower over to ensure even browning.
- Remove the breaded cauliflower from the air fryer and serve immediately.
