- 1 fresh egg
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- 4 tbsp water. Put the salt and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Carefully break the egg into the water.
- Place a small plate on the dish and cook for approx. 50 seconds at maximum power in the microwave (cooking time depends on the wattage of your microwave). Carefully pour off the remaining water and the poached egg is ready.
