- 80 ml espresso
- 100 ml Ramazzotti Crema
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 60 ml chocolate syrup
- 120 ml whipped cream
- Crushed ice or ice cubes
- Decoration: chocolate shavings or syrup
Preparation
- Prepare the espresso and leave to cool.
- Pour the cream into the blender jug and whip with the whisk attachment of the hand blender. Transfer to a piping bag if necessary.
- Espresso, cocoa powder, Ramazzotti Cremaput the espresso, cocoa powder, Ramazzotti Crema, milk and chocolate shavings into the blender jug and blend to a smooth mixture using the blender jug attachment on the hand blender.
- Spread the chocolate sauce decoratively around the inside edge of the glass.
- Optional: Place the ice cubes in the multi-shredder and process into crushed ice. Alternatively, use crushed ice.
- Pour crushed ice into the glasses and top up with the mocha mix.
