Christmas muesli cookies
Crispy oatmeal cookies to go with your coffee or as an addition to your Christmas plate. They are made with just a few ingredients, are quick to prepare and still taste really good. Of course, you can't compare them to chocolate cookies with a caramel filling or chocolate chip cookies, but if you're in a hurry, these cookies are the perfect choice!

Ingredients
Ingredients for 3-4 trays
Christmas muesli cookies
- 250 g tender rolled oats
- 250 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g chopped hazelnuts
- 80 g cornflakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp spelt flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ TK cinnamon
Preparation
- Melt the butter.
- Mix with the rolled oats and leave to cool.
- Mix the sugar and eggs.
- Add to the oats together with the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon small mounds onto a baking tray.
- Bake for approx. 10 minutes at 220°C.
If you like, you can also mix in chocolate drops, dried fruit or whatever you fancy.
