We have also been firmly established in France for around 30 years.
Our 11 colleagues in France take care of everything to do with the French market. Some of them have been with SEVERIN France since day one.
The SEVERIN France team is divided into three main departments: the sales department, the marketing department and the customer service department.
In a short interview, the team gave us an insight into their work.
Where do you work?
The headquarters of SEVERIN France is located in Illkirch-Gaffenstaden in Alsace, an office we moved into 5 years ago. Our buildings are located in an industrial area, right next to our transportation company and our warehouse, which is very convenient.
What is special about our products or our brand in France?
In France, as many clichés suggest, we are above all foodies. This is the main reason why “home cooking” is becoming increasingly popular. The French love to cook for themselves. Yoghurts, ice creams, fruit juices, smoothies, soups… Everything is much more appreciated when it’s handmade. France is also a country where people attach a lot of importance to what they put on their plates. Therefore, we tend to spend money on a quality product, good or food that allows us to have a healthy and balanced diet.
The most successful products are the gourmet range, the grills and the plancha as well as the culinary equipment.
