Italian tiramisu with the FILKA
The Italian dessert classic: tiramisu. With its creamy layers of mascarpone, the delicate aroma of coffee and cocoa and the sponge fingers soaked in espresso, tiramisu is one of the most popular desserts in the world. Whether for a festive dinner or as the crowning glory of a cozy family meal - tiramisu always goes down well! Today, we'll show you how you can easily make this delicious treat yourself at home with the help of FILKA.

Ingredients
6 portions
- 600ml coffee
- 6 tbsp Amaretto
- 4 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 750g mascarpone
- 100g whipped cream
- 250g ladyfingers
- some cocoa powder for sprinkling
Preparation
- Boil the coffee in the FILKA, add 2 tablespoons of sugar while hot and stir. Leave to cool slightly.
- When warm, add the amaretto and set the liquid aside.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and salt for at least 2 minutes until frothy.
- Briefly stir the mascarpone and 3 tbsp of the egg yolk cream with a whisk until smooth. Carefully fold in the rest of the cream.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream last.
- Place the ladyfingers close together in the baking dish (approx. 23x33cm). Using a brush, spread the cold coffee evenly over the top.
- Spread a little less than half of the mascarpone cream on top and smooth down. Spread another layer of ladyfingers on top, drizzle with coffee and press down lightly.
- Spread the remaining cream over the top and smooth down.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and dust generously with cocoa powder just before serving.
