Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 50 g caramel sauce or 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
- 250g mascarpone
- 150 ml Ramazzotti Crema
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ vanilla pod
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer.
2. Place in the ice cream maker (EZ 7407) & process for at least 1 hour to a creamy consistency.
3. Enjoy!
