Coffee smoothie
I rarely have a day without coffee! What's it like for you? Are you a coffee junkie? Or is a cup of coffee not part of your daily routine? I have a new recipe for you and if coffee hasn't been one of your favorites so far, I'm sure I can win you over with this coffee smoothie. The light sweetness of the bananas makes it almost like a dessert and is perfect at any time of day. And if you've had a bad night's sleep, the smoothie will sweeten your morning and get you going thanks to the caffeine!

Ingredients for 1 jar
Coffee smoothie
- 2 cups of espresso
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml milk or alternatively soy milk
- 2-3 teaspoons ground almonds
Preparation
- To make the smoothie, put all the ingredients in a blender or blend finely using a hand blender.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy. Tip: If you have a milk frother at home, you can prepare some solid milk foam as a topping.
