Energyballs
Watch out! Now there's energy! Unlike sugary energy drinks, our delicately delicious energy balls have no added sugar. With oat flakes, raspberries, dates and cashew butter, the small, round bites are super tasty and a great snack if you need some energy to get you through the day. I tried it and immediately became a fan - snacking without a guilty conscience is simply great. Curious? I'll show you how it's done.

Energyballs
- 300g dates (without stone)
- 150g raspberries
- 150g oat flakes
- 75g cashew butter
- 45g shredded coconut
- 8g chia seeds
Preparation
- Puree the raspberries in a food processor.
- Then add all the other ingredients except the coconut flakes and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Shape the dough into balls of the same size and roll in the grated coconut.
- Place the balls in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
