Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. But what if you don't have much time and don't want to leave the house on an empty stomach? Here is a quick and easy recipe to conjure up a delicious bowl in the morning or at any other time of day - with lots of important vitamins and nutrients.

Fruit Bowl
- Coconut yoghurt
- (you can find a recipe for this in the instructions for our yogurt maker [JG 3521])
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Almonds
- Coconut flakes
- Linseed
Preparation
- Wash the fruit and cut the kiwi into slices.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl.
- Top with fruit as desired.
- Sprinkle with some coconut flakes and linseed and enjoy!
