Microwave fried rice with vegetables

Fried rice with vegetables
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp spring onions, cut into small rings
- 2 tbsp bell bell pepper, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp peas
- 1 tbsp Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp five-spice powder (5-Spice Powder)
Accessories
- 1 large cup
- Microwave cling film
Preparation
- Put the cooked rice in the cup and garnish with the washed and chopped vegetables.
- Seal the cup with microwave-safe cling film. pierce 2-3 holes so that the hot air can escape.
- Heat in the microwave at 850 watts for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
- In the meantime, mix together the spices, egg, soy sauce and oil and add to the cup after the first cooking phase. Mix everything well.
- Seal the cup again with the cling film, pierce the holes again and cook for another 1 minute and 30 seconds. Then stir well again.
