Pink Drink
One of the biggest hypes on social media about drinks this year was the Pink Drink. It was everywhere on TikTok and everyone wanted to recreate it at home. Because the delicious drink, which at first glance looks like a high-calorie milkshake, is actually a very healthy alternative. The fresh raspberries, low-calorie coconut milk and hibiscus blossom tea mean that, unlike a milkshake, this drink contains very little sugar. However, the trend drink still tastes extremely good. - 250 ml hibiscus tea (bought or homemade)
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 150 ml coconut milk/coconut drink
- 1 tsp elderflower syrup
- Crushed ice
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients and a spoonful of crushed ice in the blender and blend on a medium speed to a bright pink mixture.
- Fill a glass with crushed ice and top up with the pink drink.
