Sweet raclette pancakes
A highlight for young and old: pancakes from the raclette. So that dessert doesn't fall by the wayside on a nice raclette evening, take the opportunity to prepare pancakes straight away. Afterwards, top a very simple recipe with chocolate lentils, cookies etc. as you wish.

Sweet raclette pancakes
- 200 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- Filling of your choice
Preparation
- Melt the butter and leave to cool.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
- Stir in the butter.
- Stir in the milk.
- Pass the flour through a sieve and stir in.
- Leave the dough to rest for a while.
- Fill the raclette pans half full.
- Top with sweets.
- bake in the raclette for 15 minutes.
