Ice cream maker

• The ice cream does not cool down at EZ 7405. The temperature stays in the plus area. It also makes some strange noises sometimes. What am I doing wrong?

• If I use the yoghurt function at EK 7405 or EK 7406, does the time flash or does it glow steadily as soon as I start the yoghurt function?

  As soon as you start the yoghurt function as described in the manual, both the number of hours set for the operating time and the yoghurt symbol start flashing. After the time has elapsed, a signal is heard and the device switches off automatically.

• Does the stirring unit has to stay inside during yoghurt function for EK 7405 / 7406 / 7407?

  No, the stirring unit should be taken out during yoghurt preparation.

• Is it possible to stack the ice cream containers for EZ 7406?

  Since the ice cream containers have the same measures it is not possible to stack them in each other.
