  • Condensation has formed between the glass of the door of the MW 9550. Is there a solution for this issue?

    The door of the microwave oven MW 9550 consists of two panes inserted into a frame. The space between the panes is not closed with a seal. When cooking food, moisture is always released, depending on the heated food, temperature and preparation time. This moisture can settle and condense on cooler surfaces. When condensation enters the “cold” room due to the temperature conditions, it also evaporates again. This does not constitute a defect.

  • Can the MW 7754 be used to warm empty dinner plates? What is the lowest temperature by convection?

    The MW 7754 is intended for the defrosting, heating and cooking of food only. The lowest temperature by convection is 110 °C.
