Fondue fun for sociable evenings
In the past, fondues only included the popular cheese fondue sets. In the meantime, however, fondue is already used to refer to dunking pieces of food in cheese, broth, melted chocolate and other delicacies. Meat is cooked in broth, fruit is coated with chocolate, and bread is dipped in cheese. This meal is mainly enjoyed on evenings with family or friends, but especially on festive days such as Christmas or New Year’s Eve.
