- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter
- One egg
- One egg yolk
- 60 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
- In the meantime, grease the molds with butter and sprinkle evenly with a little cocoa.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the butter and leave to cool for two minutes.
- Beat the egg and egg yolk with the sugar until the mixture is white. Add the flour and continue beating.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the four ramekins.
- Bake the ramekins for 10 minutes at 160°C fan oven.
- Turn the ramekins out onto a plate and loosen the cakes with a knife if necessary.
