Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 1 organic lemon
- 240 ml kombucha, alternatively mineral water
- 100 ml guava nectar, alternatively mango juice
- 4 sprigs of mint
- Ice cubes
- 2 lemon slices
Preparation
- Rinse the lemon in hot water, cut in half and squeeze using a citrus juicer.
- Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks.
- Use the multi-shredder to crush the ice cubes into crushed ice or place directly into the cocktail shaker with the lemon juice, mint leaves and guava nectar and lightly crush with a pestle.
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- Pour the mixture into 2 iced glasses,
- Garnish with ice cubes, lemon slices and some mint and serve.
