- Ginger
- Cucumber
- Lime
- 6 mint leaves
- 240 ml mineral water
- 240 ml ginger ale
Preparation
- Put some ginger, cucumber and fresh lime juice in a bowl and mix together.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve and strain into a glass.
- Use a spoon to press the mixture a little to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add the mint (to release even more aroma and fragrance, you can clap the mint 3 to 4 times in your hands).
- Now add the ice (you can easily make crushed ice with our KM 3866).
- Fill the glass with equal parts ginger ale and water.
- Stir gently, garnish with lime, cucumber and mint and enjoy.
