For the rice
- 150 g rice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
For the bowl
- 200 g salmon
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 6 radishes
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
For the sauce
- 1 lime
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Preparation
- wash 150 g rice in clear water until the water runs clear.
- Boil the rice in a pan with twice the amount of water, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- Simmer the rice over a medium heat until the water has been absorbed, then leave to cool briefly.
- cut 200 g salmon into small pieces.
- cut 1 mango, 1 avocado, 6 radishes, 2 carrots and 1 cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread the sushi rice in the bowl as a base
- Spread the prepared ingredients on top as toppings.
- Arrange in an attractive color scheme, placing similar colors as far apart as possible
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowl. - squeeze 1 lime.
- Mix the lime juice with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of agave syrup.
- Serve the prepared bowl with the dressing.
