Poké Bowl with salmon

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 portions
For the rice
  • 150 g rice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
For the bowl
  • 200 g salmon
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
For the sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Preparation

  1. wash 150 g rice in clear water until the water runs clear.
  2. Boil the rice in a pan with twice the amount of water, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Simmer the rice over a medium heat until the water has been absorbed, then leave to cool briefly.
  4. cut 200 g salmon into small pieces.
  5. cut 1 mango, 1 avocado, 6 radishes, 2 carrots and 1 cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Spread the sushi rice in the bowl as a base
  7. Spread the prepared ingredients on top as toppings.
  8. Arrange in an attractive color scheme, placing similar colors as far apart as possible
    Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowl.
  9. squeeze 1 lime.
  10. Mix the lime juice with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of agave syrup.
  11. Serve the prepared bowl with the dressing.
