- 4 allspice grains
- 1 vanilla pod
- 175 ml milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 300 ml fresh coffee
- 1 – 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
- Coarsely crush the allspice seeds.
- Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod.
- heat 125 ml milk with the cinnamon stick, cardamom, allspice, vanilla pod and vanilla seeds and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Boil the coffee, sieve the milk and add it. Refine with brown sugar to taste.
- Divide the liquid between two cups.
- Froth the remaining milk and pour into the cups.
- Garnish the milk foam crown with a little cinnamon if desired.
- Done!
