Party sausage skewers
What could be better for children from the barbecue than skewers? Especially when there's something "sausage-like" on the skewer. But barbecue skewers are not only popular with the little ones. In fact, we all love skewers from the grill. On the one hand, because they are very easy to grill. On the other hand, because they offer great variety in terms of "equipment". This recipe is very simple, but also very tasty. Simply grab some sausages (whether red or white) and potatoes as well as spices of your choice. The sausages and potatoes are cut into slices and placed alternately on the skewer. What's still missing? Of course, a side dish. But a coleslaw, the famous American BBQ white cabbage salad, is quickly prepared. Alternatively, a cucumber salad or tomato salad. Almost any salad goes well with these party barbecue skewers.
