Flank steak with honey balsamic glaze

This recipe is perfect for all steak lovers. If you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely time and with our honey balsamic glaze, the steak can convince from a completely different side than the classic steak, which is only seasoned with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
For 4 portions
  • 1 flank steak (approx. 800g)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tomami Umami
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Start by brushing the steak with a little rapeseed oil and salting it.
  2. Now finely chop the garlic clove and mix it with the other ingredients for the glaze.
  3. Now place the steak on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. The meat can then be brushed with the glaze and only needs to cook for about 2 minutes in the indirect zone.
  5. After giving the steak a short moment to rest, you can now serve it. The steak should be cut across the grain and then seasoned with salt and pepper.
