Fondant au Chocolat

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • One egg
  • One egg yolk
  • 60 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. In the meantime, grease the molds with butter and sprinkle evenly with a little cocoa.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate with the butter and leave to cool for two minutes.
  4. Beat the egg and egg yolk with the sugar until the mixture is white. Add the flour and continue beating.
  5. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the four ramekins.
  7. Bake the ramekins for 10 minutes at 160°C fan oven.
  8. Turn the ramekins out onto a plate and loosen the cakes with a knife if necessary.
