Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 portions
FOR THE TOMATOES
  • 500 g colorful cocktail tomatoes
  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the mill
FOR SALAD
  • 1 lettuce
  • ½ bunch rocket
  • A few sprigs of chervil
FOR THE DRESSING
  • 1 fresh organic egg yolk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill to 500 °C with the lid open.
  2. Slice the tomatoes crosswise on two sides. Season with salt and pepper and mix with oil. Pluck the thyme from the stalks.
  3. Grill the tomatoes all over on the BoostZone until they burst open slightly. Then marinate in thyme, honey and lemon juice.
  4. Clean, wash and spin dry the salad. For the dressing, put all the ingredients except the oil into a blender jug. Season with salt and pepper and blend the oil with a hand blender, first drop by drop and then smoothly to form a dressing.
  5. To serve, place the tomatoes and salad on a platter and finish with the dressing.
