Whether searing at a high temperature or gently cooking at a low heat - this concept ensures perfect grilling results. 80 – 340 °C
When the ClassicZone is active, temperatures of up to 340 °C are possible with the lid open and 320 °C with the lid closed. The entire grilling surface is evenly supplied with heat, which is ideal for preparing pork steaks, sausages, vegetables etc. for several people.
80 – 200 °C
With this type of grilling, the food is not grilled directly over the heat source, but cooks with indirect heat. The heating coil runs in the outer area under the grill grate, creating an indirect zone in the middle of the grill. As the food is grilled particularly gently and slowly using indirect grilling, it remains extremely tender and juicy – perfect for cooking steaks
and juicy – perfect for cooking steaks to the desired core temperature in peace
or for long jobs such as pulled pork.


up to 500 °C
The 500 °C of our boost zone is ideal for searing. Thanks to the boost zone, you will get top roasting aromas and a wonderful sear at maximum temperature every time – particularly suitable for steaks.
