The cast iron grate
The cast iron grid makes it very easy to grill a steak to perfection. The grid is fully compatible with the SEVO and replaces the stainless steel grid above the BoostZone in just a few simple steps. The cast iron guarantees even heat distribution and also conjures up an attractive grill pattern on the steak.
The smoking box
Smoking with an electric grill? Yes, you have read correctly.
With the SEVO Smoke Box, any grilled dish can be given a pleasant, smoky aroma. The grilled dishes can be refined with a hint of hickory, oak or various fruit woods such as apple or cherry. The wood chips are placed directly in the box and placed on the barbecue heater, turning the SEVO into a smoker.
The plancha
How about a fresh breakfast from the grill straight after waking up? With the plancha specially designed for the SEVO, this is no longer a problem. Whether pancakes, fried eggs or bacon – everything can be prepared quickly and easily.
The plancha plate made of solid, 4 mm thick cast iron ensures optimum cooking results. The solid material ensures high heat storage and transfers it evenly to the food. The plate is the size of an A4 sheet of paper and therefore offers every opportunity for a varied barbecue evening with friends.
The core thermometer
Every barbecue fan can use a good core thermometer. Up to two core thermometers can therefore be connected to the SEVO. This allows the cooking level of the food to be measured without having to cut the meat, for example. The thermometer measures quickly and very accurately.
So nothing can really go wrong. In the temperature range of 10-300 °C, you have everything under control with this accessory. And with the SEVO Smart Control even from your garden chair. It comes with a holder that can also be used to remove the hot spit from the food.
The ZB 8184 barbecue tongs
