The classic panini from the contact grill

1. To do this, first cut the ciabatta into smaller pieces, which are then cut in half again to create a base and a lid.
2. Mix the olive oil with a little garlic and drizzle over the roll.
3. Top with ham, mozzarella, tomatoes and rocket.
4. Alternatively, top with tuna, onions, rocket and cheese.
5. Then season with salt and chili, place the lid on the roll and fry the panini in the contact grill until golden brown.
